Red spots on the skin that resemble blood clots and appear to increase in size can be a concern. These might be indicative of underlying skin or systemic conditions, and from an Ayurvedic perspective they could be related to imbalances in the doshas, particularly Pitta. However, it’s imperative to first rule out any serious medical condition by consulting a healthcare professional immediately, as red spots can sometimes indicate conditions that require urgent attention.

In Ayurveda, skin reflects the health of the rakta dhatu (blood tissue), and imbalances here can manifest as skin issues. Begin by moderating Pitta, which is associated with heat and inflammation. Avoid overconsumption of spicy, fried, and fermented foods that can aggravate Pitta. Incorporating cooling foods into your diet like cucumber, watermelon, and coconut water can be beneficial.

For external application, you can consider natural remedies that have a soothing effect. Neem paste or sandalwood can be applied to the spots lightly to reduce inflammation or any irritation. Also, maintaining good skin hygiene but without aggressive scrubbing is key so use mild, natural cleansers.

For the moles (masse) you mentioned on your face, neck, and stomach, it’s essential to monitor them for any changes. While Ayurveda doesn’t directly remove moles, maintaining healthy skin through lifestyle and diet changes is always advisory. Applying a turmeric paste can sometimes help lighten superficial issues, but should be done cautiously.

Stress management is vital as it can exacerbate any skin condition. Practice relaxation techniques like deep-breathing exercises or meditation. Ensure restful sleep each night to support skin health and overall well-being.

Since you mentioned the condition is also developing on the head, and there’s growth over time, do not delay in seeing a doctor to eliminate any probability of a severe health issue. While Ayurveda offers many supports for skin health, a professional medical diagnosis is crucial for potentially evolving conditions.

Red spots on your skin, especially if they resemble blood clots and increase in size, can be concerning. They might be petechiae or purpura, which often indicate an underlying issue with blood clotting or a vascular problem. It’s essential to consider seeking immediate medical attention as this could be linked to more serious conditions, and a direct assessment with investigations would be necessary to rule out significant medical issues.

In the context of Ayurveda, such symptoms can reflect imbalances in your doshas, particularly Pitta. Pitta imbalance can cause skin issues because it’s associated with heat and inflammation. To help balance Pitta, consider reducing spicy, fried, and overly salty foods in your diet. Consuming more soothing, cooling foods like cucumbers, sweet fruits, and leafy greens might be beneficial. A daily practice of drinking plenty of water and herbal teas such as coriander or mint could also help.

For the masses (growths) on your skin, which you describe as increasing over time, these might relate to Kapha imbalance, given their manifestation as growths or masses on the skin. To help address Kapha, incorporate more light, astringent, and bitter foods into your diet. Herbs like turmeric and neem may support skin health due to their anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties.

You should focus on maintaining a balanced routine that includes moderately-paced exercise to improve circulation and avoid the accumulation of toxins in your tissues, contributing to healthy skin and overall wellness. Remember, while these suggestive remedies are typical for Pitta-Kapha issues, individual treatment should always be based on an assessment by a healthcare provider specialized in Ayurveda, in collaboration with modern medical guidance if needed.
