I have no gold - bladder and have problems to digest any fat - good and bad fats. I might have as well stones in my liver. Have difficulties to digest food; I get inflammation in the area, pain and a lot of gasses, both down and also burping. What can I do?

Start with Tablet Liv-52 -DS Syrup 10ml twice daily after food with water Hingvastak churan 1tsp with buttermilk with pinch of asafoetida black salt and roasted jeera powder after lunch daily. Avipattikar tablet 1-0-1 after food with water Triphala tablet 0-0-2 at bedtime with water. Avoid processed fatty fast sugary street foods.

First, include more bile-supportive herbs like turmeric and ginger in your diet. Both promote bile production and are typically good for easing inflammation. You can add ginger tea to your daily routine; simmer 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger in water for 5-10 minutes and sip it warm throughout the day.

Next, focus on a diet that’s light and easy to digest, considering your body’s difficulty with fats. Opt for foods that are cooked, warm and spiced with digestive aids like cumin, coriander, and fennel. These spices help to mitigate gas and are gentle on the digestive system. Eating smaller and more frequent meals might also reduce digestive strain and support better assimilation.

You might benefit from taking a teaspoon of warm lemon juice with a pinch of black pepper before meals, which can stimulate digestion. Avoid cold, heavy or oily foods as they burden the already taxed liver.
