Ayurveda can offer supportive treatments but should be complementary to your doctor’s recommendations, not a replacement.

Enhancing circulation can be beneficial in such conditions. Begin with a daily self-massage using warm sesame or castor oil, which helps to energize the foot’s circulation. Gently massage from toes towards the leg, in the direction of the heart, which is soothing and promotes venous return. Do this for 10 minutes each morning and evening. Consider soaking the foot in warm water with Epsom salt for 15-20 minutes to relax the muscles and aid in circulation.
