Tingling and Numbness in Fingers and Arms - #48533

Good morning, doctor. Please what can one use for tingling feelings on fingers, especially with the tips amd numbness on the thumb,fire and middle fi gees,accompanied with pains and heaviness on the arm. Sometimes, there is electric -like current on the head,it will just flash at the back,like once in two months? What can be the cause . Around that time there is also blurredness in sight. Thank you🙏
