Mild hand tremors at your age, especially since they are stable for 2–3 years and not worsening, are often related to nervous system sensitivity, stress, or minor essential tremor, rather than a serious issue. It is a good sign that it is not affecting daily work and has not progressed. Avoid excess caffeine, energy drinks, and irregular sleep. Keep a regular routine. Stress and anxiety can increase tremors, so relaxation is important. At home, you can do simple breathing exercises and keep your mind calm. Warm oil massage on hands and head can also help stabilize the nervous system. Brahmi tablet – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha tablet – 1 tablet at night after food Kalyanaka ghrita – ½ teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk These help in calming nerves and improving stability. If tremor increases, spreads, or new symptoms appear, then a neurological evaluation is advised. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
