The MRI report shows: 1. *Focal gliosis* in the left parietal lobe (post central gyrus and subcortical region). 2. *Mild age-related neuroparenchymal atrophy* with Fazeka’s scale 1 chronic small vessel ischemic changes. 3. *Bilateral trigeminal nerves* are normal with no neurovascular compression. 4. *No acute infarct, hemorrhage, or mass lesion*. 5. *Mild mucosal thickening* in bilateral maxillary sinuses (left side DNS – deviated nasal Left side of my face nerves keep on pulling , night time is worst, can not sleep due to that . How Ayurvede medicine can help me ??

Importantly, there is no acute stroke (infarct), bleeding (hemorrhage), tumors (mass lesions), or compression on your trigeminal nerves. The mild age-related changes and sinus thickening are very common findings that usually aren’t cause for major alarm The Ayurvedic Perspective: Vata Vyadhi ​In Ayurveda, the facial nerves, their motor/sensory functions, and any sensations of pulling, twitching, prickling, or dryness are strictly governed by Vata Dosha (specifically Prana Vayu and Vyana Vayu). Line of Ayurvedic Treatment & Formulations ​A comprehensive Ayurvedic approach would combine internal medications to nourish the nerves with external therapies to soothe the local Vata. ​1. Internal Medications (Abhyantara Chikitsa) ​To pacify the systemic and localized Vata, nourish the nervous system, and improve sleep: •​Ekangveer Ras or Sameer Pannag Ras: Highly potent herbo-mineral (Rasashastra) formulations traditionally used in Vata disorders involving nerve irritation, facial twitching, or paralysis. •​Trayodashang Guggulu or Mahavat Vidhwansan Ras: Excellent for reducing localized nerve pain, inflammation, and stiffness. Guggulu-based preparations help clear the subtle channels (srotas). •​Ashwagandharishta / Balarishta: Powerful Balya (nervine tonics) that strengthen the nervous system, calm the mind, and combat the exhaustion caused by lack of sleep. •​Ksheerabala 101 Avartit Capsules: Consuming 1–2 capsules of highly potent, multi-processed Ksheerabala oil internally helps soothe irritated nerve endings from within. ​2. External Therapies (Bahir Parimarjana) ​Local treatments are crucial because they directly counter the cold, mobile nature of Vata with warmth and oiliness. •​Sthanika Abhyanga & Svedana (Local Oil Massage & Fomentation): Gently apply lukewarm Mahanarayan Taila, Ksheerabala Taila, or Karpasasthyadi Taila to the left side of the face. Follow this with mild, dry steam or a warm compress (avoiding direct extreme heat on the eyes). This relaxes the pulling muscles and sedates the nerve. •​Nasya Karma (Nasal Administration): The nose is considered the doorway to the head (Nasa Hi Shiraso Dvaram). Administering 2–4 drops of lukewarm Anu Taila or Ksheerabala Taila into each nostril in the morning can highly benefit facial nerve pathways and incidentally help with the mild mucosal thickening in your sinuses. Practical Nighttime Tips for Sleep ​Since the night is your hardest time, try establishing this Vata-pacifying routine 45 minutes before bed: •​Warm Foot Massage (Padaabhyanga): Rub warm sesame oil or Mahanarayan oil on the soles of your feet. This pulls the hyperactive Vata energy downward and induces deep sleep. ​•Protect the Face: Keep your bedroom free of cold drafts or direct AC/fan wind blowing onto the left side of your face, as cold and wind instantly trigger Vata. •​Warm Golden Milk: Drink a cup of warm milk with a pinch of turmeric, nutmeg (Jaiphal), and a teaspoon of cow’s ghee. Nutmeg acts as a natural, safe sedative (Nidrajanana).
