●Medhya ahara (brain & nervous system support) ​Almonds: 2–3 soaked and peeled daily. Enhances dhi (intelligence) and dhriti (retention). ​Walnuts: 1 daily. Rich in omega-3, essential for majja dhatu (nervous tissue) healing. ​Goghruta (desi cow ghee): 1–2 tsp daily.
