This is due to Vata Vyadhi (neurological dysfunction influencing the bladder) and Medoroga (metabolic/fatty changes in the liver). As you give the history of neurogenic bladder and urinary incontinence, the focus is on strengthening the pelvic floor nerves and detoxifying the liver without aggravating Vata. 1) Varanadi Kashayam- 15 ml mix with 45 ml lukewarm water morning empty stomach and in evening empty stomach around 5 to 6 p.m. 2) chandraprabha vati- 2 tablet before breakfast and before dinner 3) ksheerabala 101 capsule- 1 capsule after breakfast 4) sukumaar kashayam- 15 ml mix with 45 ml lukewarm water before lunch 5) Gandharvhastadi castor oil- one teaspoon With warm water at bedtime 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Daily application of Dhanwantaram Thailam or Sahacharadi Thailam on the lower abdomen and lower back. This helps soothe the nerves governing the bladder. 👇👇👇 Never ignore the urge to urinate, but practice scheduled voiding to retrain the bladder. Use a warm heating pad on the pelvic region to reduce discomfort and stiffness. 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Include: Vegetables like Bitter Gourd (Karela) and Pointed Gourd (Parwal) to reduce liver fat. Barley (Yava) and old Rice. Turmeric, Cumin, and Dry Ginger to boost Agni (metabolism). Exclude: Sleeping during the day (Diva-swapna) is strictly contraindicated in fatty liver cases. Avoid deep-fried foods, paneer, buffalo milk, and excessive sweets. Cold Drinks: Only consume lukewarm water to keep Vata in check. Practice Kevali/Ashwini Mudra Vajrasana: Sitting in this pose for 5-10 minutes after meals

I can understand this has been a long and difficult journey for you—recovering from brain fever, dealing with paralysis, and now managing a neurogenic bladder along with fatty liver changes. You’ve already handled a lot, and it’s completely valid to feel concerned about these ongoing issues. Your case is not a simple OTC plan case because: Nerve damage history Significant bladder retention Liver involvement Medicines alone won’t fix this—routine + diet + therapy is key Neurogenic bladder can improve but needs long-term management Fatty liver can reverse in 3–6 months with discipline A personalized plan (dose + timing + therapy like basti) can give much better results. I’ll need a few more details like: Age Weight Bowel habits Sleep quality Any current medications I’m here to help you improve this step by step For detail case history and prevention kindly book personal consultation.

Hello, Given your history (post encephalitis paralysis-> neurogenic bladder +fatty liver + bladder wall thickening), the approach in Ayurveda should focus on vata balancing (nervous system), Urinary system, and liver metabolism Core understandin -Neurogenic bladder-> vata dushti (apana vata imbalance) -fatty liver -> kapha + meda accumulation in liver -Bladder thickening-> chronic inflammation + obstruction Internal medications 1) For neurogenic bladder and nerve recovery -Balarishta= 15ml + equal water twice after meals =strengthens nerves, improves bladder control -Dhanwantaram kashaya= 15ml + water twice daily before meals =best for post paralysis vata recovery 2) For bladder function and residual urine -Chandraprabha gulika= 1 tab twice daily after meals =improves urination, reduces retention and incontinence -Gokshuradi Guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =reduces bladder wall thickening and inflammation 3) For fatty liver (grade 2) -Livomyn syrup= 1 tsp twice daily after meals = supports liver detox + reduces fat accumulation -Triphala tablets= 2 tab at bedtime with warm water =improves metabolism and mild detox External therapies Do regularly if possible -Oil massage with dhanwantaram taila -followed by steam Diet crucial for liver + bladder -warm,light,foods -khichdi, soups -barley,bottle gourd, ridge gourd garlic, ginger, improves vata + metabolism Avoid -fried, oily, junk food -dairy excess, sweets worsens fatty liver -cold foods, carbonated drinks -red meat, alcohol strict No Lifestyle -timed voiding every 2-3 hrs-> retrain bladder -avoid holding urine Gentle yoga -ashwini mudra -moola bandha -daily walking 20-30 min Expected results -4-6 weeks= better urination control -2-3 months= reduced residual urine -3-6 months= liver improvement with diet discipline Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
