1. Yoga: Consider incorporating grounding poses into your routine. Asanas like Tree Pose (Vrikshasana), Mountain Pose (Tadasana), and Child’s Pose (Balasana) are stabilizing and can be very relaxing. Aim to practice these early in the morning or before bed. Keep your breath slow and steady.

2. Meditation: Start with simple breathing exercises such as Nadi Shodhana, also known as alternate nostril breathing. Sit comfortably, close one nostril with your thumb, inhale slowly through the other. Then switch nostrils to exhale. This practice helps balance the mind and body, lowering anxiety.
