हींग लगाना तुरंत बंद कर दें।नाभि को सिर्फ हल्के गुनगुने पानी से साफ करें।area को dry रखें, रगड़ें नहीं।
कोई powder, oil, toothpaste, haldi या दूसरी घरेलू चीज़ें न लगाएँ।अगर skin बहुत dry/peeled लग रही है तो बहुत पतली layer plain petroleum jelly (जैसे Vaseline) लगा सकती हैं, दिन में 1–2 बार।diaper को नाभि से नीचे रखें ताकि rubbing कम हो।

बच्चे की नाभि पर हींग लगाने से त्वचा में हल्की जलन, लालपन और स्किन उतरना हो सकता है, क्योंकि 6 महीने के बच्चे की त्वचा बहुत नाजुक होती है। यह सामान्य irritation लग रही है, लेकिन सही देखभाल जरूरी है।
अभी क्या करें
हींग तुरंत बंद करें।
नाभि को दिन में 2–3 बार केवल गुनगुने पानी से हल्के हाथ से साफ करें।
साफ सूती कपड़े से धीरे-धीरे सुखाएं, रगड़ें नहीं।
उस जगह पर शुद्ध नारियल तेल या देसी घी की बहुत पतली परत लगा सकती हैं, इससे त्वचा को ठंडक और आराम मिलेगा।
बच्चे को ढीले और सूती कपड़े पहनाएं ताकि हवा लगती रहे।
आयुर्वेदिक देखभाल
आयुर्वेद अनुसार हींग की तासीर गर्म होती है। छोटे बच्चों की कोमल त्वचा पर सीधे लगाने से पित्त बढ़कर लालपन और जलन कर सकता है। इसलिए शिशुओं में हींग सीधे त्वचा पर लगाने से बचना चाहिए।
क्या बिल्कुल न करें
Dettol, spirit, powder या कोई तेज एंटीसेप्टिक न लगाएं।
बार-बार छूना या रगड़ना नहीं।
कोई नई क्रीम या घरेलू लेप बिना सलाह के न लगाएं।

6 month baby ki skin bahut sensitive hoti hai. Hing se irritation/burn ho gaya ho sakta hai. Abhi hing lagana band karein.
Kya karein
Area ko sirf normal clean water se softly clean karein.
Sukha aur clean rakhein.
Virgin coconut oil ya pure cow ghee ki very thin layer din me 2 times laga sakte hain.
Tight diaper ya rubbing avoid karein.
Kuch bhi strong cream, powder, toothpaste, haldi ya oil mix na lagayein.

1. Nariyal tel (Coconut oil)
Matra: 2–3 drops
Anupana: Direct local application
Samay: Din mein 2–3 baar
Prabhav: Cooling, soothing, skin ko heal kare
2. Aloe vera gel (Ghritkumari)
Matra: Chhoti matra (pea size)
Anupana: Thin layer lagayein
Samay: Raat ko sone se pehle
Prabhav: Redness kam kare, peeling soothe kare
3. Safai aur Dryness
Nabhi ko sirf gungune paani se gently clean karein
Soft cotton se pat dry karein (rub na karein)
Tight kapde na pehnayein
⚠️ Dhyaan Rakhein
Agar redness badh jaaye, discharge ho, ya baby irritability dikhaye to turant pediatrician ko dikhayein.
Abhi koi powder, hing, ya strong herbal paste bilkul na lagayein.
Sirf mild oil/gel ka use karein.

Stop hing immediately. Usko skin allergy ho raha hai.
Use soft oils like coconut oil or himalaya baby oil.
Use ice packs on the red area to reduce burning and redness
