What to do if my 3-month-old baby struggles to poop without Bonnisan syrup? - #56705

My baby will be 3 months old by 19 of this month. He struggles to poop he strains alot but always unable to poop on his own he is on breastfeed. My Dr suggested me to give him bonnisan syrup daily. I give him 1mldaily in morning. But now i m concerned if he gets used to it and if ill not give him syrup he will not poop. What should i do? Bcoz whenI don't givehimsyruphe do not poop and cry.
