36 din ke shishu ko Suhaga dena uchit nahi hai. Itne chhote bachche ko bina balrog visheshagya ki salah ke koi aushadhi na den.
Agar bachcha bahut rota hai, pet mein gas lagti hai ya colic lagta hai, to:
• Maa apne bhojan mein ajwain, jeera aur saunf ka prayog kar sakti hain. • Bachche ke pet par halka garam til taila se 2–3 minute komal malish karein. • Doodh pilane ke baad bachche ko achchhi tarah dakar dilayen.
Haritaki (Harad) bhi 36 din ke shishu ko bina chikitsak ki salah ke nahi deni chahiye.
Agar bachche ko bukhar, ulti, pet phoolna, doodh kam peena, ya saans ki takleef ho to turant bal rog visheshagya ko dikhayen.
