No plz don’t give anything to the baby expect breast milk until 6 months. Best u can have ajwain or bhaje after every meal it helps to relieve gas in baby through breast milk

For a 5-week-old baby, the digestive system is still very delicate. In Ayurveda, colic/gas is due to Vata imbalance (immature digestion – “Agni”) Directly giving dill water to such a young infant is NOT recommended routinely At this age, breast milk is the best and safest remedy External Remedies (Safe) Gentle tummy massage with warm sesame oil (clockwise) Apply a warm compress on abdomen Proper burping after feeds Keep baby slightly upright after feeding
