AS you mentioned baby is autistic you will have to be very careful while giving anything as it may be of complication for the baby. Go for speech therapy. Try to teach the baby bhramari pranayam. About vacha churna. Mix half tsp in Brahmi ghritam and give that whole mixture in the whole day divided in 6 parts. If the baby doesnot experience any symptoms like loose motions or stomach burning you can increase the dose of vacha churna by a quater spoon more… Keep the dose same for 6-9 days. You can give the baby Brahmi tailam head massage.
