Is it normal for my 45-day-old baby to not pass stool for 10 days while feeding and urinating well, and how can I help her poop safely? - #55363

My 45-day-old baby has not passed stool for the past 10 days. However, she is passing gas normally, feeding well, urinating well, and remains active. I would like to know if this can still be normal in breastfed babies and what safe home remedies can help. Will applying hing (asafoetida) paste on the tummy help the baby poop? Please explain in detail.
