8 साल की बच्ची में height कम होने पर पहले nutrition, digestion, sleep और hormones देखना जरूरी है। यदि बहुत ज्यादा growth रुक गई है तो pediatrician से growth evaluation भी कराएँ। Take Ashwagandha Churna 1–2 g रात को दूध के साथ। Shatavari Churna 1 g सुबह दूध के साथ। Chyawanprash 1 tsp सुबह। Godanti Bhasma 125 mg शहद/घी के साथ दिन में 1 बार, 6–8 सप्ताह तक केवल वैद्य की सलाह से। Diet रोज दूध, घी, मूंग दाल, तिल, बादाम, खजूर, हरी सब्जियाँ। सुबह धूप और outdoor activity। पर्याप्त नींद जरूरी।

8 saal ki bacchi ki height agar 4 saal ke bacche jaisi hai to ye sirf kamjori nahi, growth delay ho sakta hai. Ayurveda me ise Asthi dhatu poshan ki kami / dhatu kshaya ke roop me dekha jata hai. Pehle pediatrician se growth chart, thyroid, vitamin D-calcium aur bone age check karwana zaroori hai. —Rx 1) Ashwagandhadi lehyam 1 gm + दूध के साथ रात में Duration: 2 months 2) Shatavari Churna 1 gm + मिश्री/दूध के साथ सुबह Duration: 2 months 3) Amalaki Rasayan 1/2 tsp सुबह खाली पेट या भोजन के बाद Duration: 2 months 4) Kumar Kalyan Ras 250 mg भोजन के बादसुबह —Pathya दूध, घी, मूंग दाल, तिल, बादाम, खजूर, seasonal fruits दें। रोज outdoor play, stretching, सूर्य नमस्कार हल्का अभ्यास। 9–10 घंटे नींद। —Apathya Cold drinks, chips, junk food, ज्यादा मैदा/packed food बंद। देर रात जागना न करें। —Advice Pediatrician से growth chart, CBC, Vitamin D, Calcium, Thyroid profile, Bone age X-ray जरूर कराएं। कोई भी “height बढ़ाने वाला powder” बिना जांच और वैद्य सलाह के न दें।
