Hello Prashob, could you provide information on your eating habits (like the type of foods you typically consume), any recent changes in your lifestyle, and whether you have experienced any stress or anxiety? Have you had any recent investigations such as an endoscopy, ultrasound, or blood tests to assess your digestive health? Additionally, can you describe the nature of the pain in your wrist, neck, and lower back (e.g., sharp, dull, constant)?

Hmm, it sounds like you’re dealing with some serious digestive discomfort and indigestion issues. Let’s see how Ayurveda might help. The symptoms you’re describing – food coming back up, gas, burning sensation, and even the muscle or joint pains – can be connected, kind of weirdly enough, to an imbalance in your body’s doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata.

First off, your digestive fire, or agni, might be a little too inflamed, which can cause that burning sensation and the food to reflux. You might want to cool down the Pitta dosha, which is often fiery, by incorporating more soothing foods into your diet. Think along the lines of eating more cooling stuff like cucumbers, zucchini, and coconut water. Try avoiding spicy, oily, or excessively hot foods for now.

As for gas, a Vata imbalance might be causing that too—often results from irregular eating patterns or stress. Make sure you’re eating at regular intervals, and each meal is calm and unhurried. Maybe also add ginger or fennel tea to help digest better post-meals?

Now about your pain, especially in the wrist, neck, and lower lumbar area – these could be somehow related to stress or even poor posture. If you’re working long hours at a desk, try to stretch or take a few minutes to walk every hour if you can, see how that goes. Gentle yoga postures can also be a lifesaver for this, like cat-cow or twisting poses.

Lastly, don’t ignore these symptoms if they become severe or don’t improve. While Ayurveda is great, never hesitate to see a physician or specialist. It’s all about balance, right? Go easy on yourself, and see if some of these small tweaks might start making a difference.
