Regarding lifestyle, regular physical activity cannot be overstated. Engage in daily exercises like brisk walking or yoga, particularly poses focusing on core strength such as Naukasana (Boat Pose) or Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose).

Hydration is another key player; drink plenty of water throughout the day to aid digestion and detox. Lastly, ensure you’re getting enough sleep, as poor sleep can disrupt metabolic processes and contribute to weight gain.

Remember these therapies and changes should be tailored to your individual constitution. Consider consulting a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to get a personalized plan fitting your specific health profile. Ayurveda is about finding balance, so small, consistent changes are often more effective and sustainable than drastic measures.
