Ibs problem gut infelemation problem - #22749

I have been facing gut issues for the past 45 days, starting after a typhoid infection. Since then, I have developed IBS symptoms like indigestion, constipation, bloating, and occasional abdominal pain. My digestion feels very weak, and food is not getting absorbed properly. I feel heaviness in my stomach even after eating light food. My bowel movements are irregular and incomplete. I also experience gas and discomfort, especially after meals. I used to have a normal digestive system before typhoid, but ever since I recovered, my stomach has become very sensitive. I feel anxiety due to this ongoing problem. I tried light diet, green tea, and yoga, but full relief is not coming. Please suggest an Ayurvedic or natural way to heal my gut, reduce inflammation, and restore digestion completely.

Hello sir first of all what u experiencing Post infection triggered Irritatable bowel syndrome…in ayurveda it’s called grahani roga. U need to concious about ur diets hereafter avoid hotel foods nd processed foods completely…U need treatment sir… please contact me in my WhatsApp U need to eliminate the toxin which was developed in ur gut after the infection…ur gut microbiota is altered need to treat it’s very serious problem as u said it affects us mentally very stressful disease

Include buttermilk in your diet. Avoid all other milk products. Include cucumber in your diet. Avoid bakery items, spicy food, fried food, glutenous food, tea and coffee, pulses, sour food, pickels n papad. Take millets as replacement for wheat flour. Donot drink water immediately after food.

Hingwashtak Churna 2tsp before food with white butter or luke warm water Tab. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab twice a day before food Bilagyl avleham 1 spoon before food.

Tab. Gandharva Haritaki 2 tabs with hot water at bed time
