prostate enlargement for several years - #22939

i am having frequent urination due to prostate enlargement. please let me know what shall i do for relieving from this issue. if there is any quick remedy, pls advise how do i get rid of this issue. frequent urination make me tired.

Also, mind your stress levels. Stress can exacerbate Vata and lead to an overactive bladder. Practices like meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), or gentle stretching can help.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consider seeking medical advice from a healthcare professional. Sometimes, a blend of modern and Ayurvedic approaches might be the best way to manage your symptoms effectively and safely.
