I am feeling really confused and honestly a bit overwhelmed lately with my health. For the past few months, I've been dealing with this annoying feeling of tightness in my chest and sometimes I get a bit of shortness of breath, especially after I exercise which is super frustrating. My doctor did some tests, and thankfully, they said it's not my heart, but I keep wondering if my lifestyle plays a part. A friend of mine suggested I try Sri Sri Tattva Arjuna Tablets and mentioned how they are supposed to help with heart health, but I'm not really sure about them. Has anyone here had experience using Sri Sri Tattva Arjuna Tablets? Like, do they really help, or is it just a hype?
