I am really confused about my situation, and I hope some of you can help?? Lately, I’ve been dealing with some major joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows. 🙁 It’s like sometimes they feel stiff in the morning and then the pain just lingers throughout the day, super frustrating. I read somewhere that using Sri Sri Tattva Narayana Taila might help with Joint pain relief, so I thought, why not give it a try? A friend of mine swears by it for her arthritis, said it made a huge difference for her. I've started to apply the oil but idk if I’m using it right?? I mean, should I massage it in a particular way? Sometimes I feel like it just sits there and doesn't really penetrate. And then I got nervous after reading a few mixed reviews, some people raved about how effective Sri Sri Tattva Narayana Taila is, but I also saw others saying it didn’t do much for them.
