I am dealing with some pretty confusing health issues lately. A few months back, I started feeling really fatigued, like no energy at all, and I thought it was just stress from work or something. But then I had this awful stomach pain, bloating – the whole nine yards. Got some tests done, and my doctor said everything looked fine, but I feel otherwise. A friend suggested I try SDM Tribuvankeerthi Rasa since they heard it could help with digestive troubles. I looked it up and saw it’s considered great in Ayurveda to maybe balance things out? I’m curious about how exactly SDM Tribuvankeerthi Rasa works. Is it meant to digest food more easily or could it be helping with fatigue too? My sleep is kinda messed up as well, wake up feeling worse sometimes. Also, do you have to take this for a long time before seeing any effects? I already have enough on my plate (literally and figuratively!) and can’t afford to be dealing with side effects or anything since I’ve heard some herbal stuff can have weird reactions. Anyone had luck with SDM Tribuvankeerthi Rasa for both tummy troubles and energy levels? I would love to hear some experiences. Thx!
