Help with Swelling and Bone Spurs - #37885

Hi I have a swelling on my sterno- clavicular joint. No vascularity present. Xray shows no issue with the bone except for a small bone spur. I have been diagnosed with osteo arthritis in left shoulder but this is the opposite side. Is there anything that might help with swelling or is it related to irritation from bone spur. Can Ayurveda help with bone spurs. Thanks. Jane
