I am kind of lost on this whole health journey thing, you know? Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot about kalonji seeds and how they can do wonders for your health. A friend mentioned they helped her with her digestion issues, and I’ve been dealing with some gut problems lately too, like bloating and just overall discomfort after meals. It’s frustrating! Anyway, I tried looking stuff up online, but there's so much info, and I just want to know how exactly to use kalonji seeds. I've got a pack of them sitting in my pantry, and I’m not really sure what to do! Do I need to grind them, or can I just toss them into meals whole? I read something about making tea with them? It feels overwhelming lol. Sometimes, I even forget to take them, and I don’t wanna waste the little I have. I’m also a bit scared about side effects, like if it’s too strong for me or something. I just want to ease my gut issues without making it worse. If anyone has tips on the best way to use kalonji seeds how to use them daily or in recipes, that would be super super helpful.
