Stomach and ileal ulcers.. daily morning diarrhea with foamy stools. Have lost 4 kg unintentionally in 1 year.. toilet urge throughout the day with stomach noise. Blood reports, fecal elastase all ok. Stressed due to this difficult conditions. Problem started in September 2023 and have done endoscopy, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy and ct scan in last 5 months

Avoid oily, spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular use of buttermilk. Cap. Florasante 1-0-1 Tab. Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Tab. StopIBS 1-0-1 Follow up after 10days

Stomach ulcers and chronic diarrhea with the symptoms you’ve described indicate a possible imbalance in the digestive fire or “Agni” and Vata dosha, aggravated by stress. The focus in Ayurveda is to calm the Vata, strengthen Agni and support the healing of ulcers.

Avoid spices, fried foods, processed sugar and excessive salt. Stick to a simple diet with easy-to-digest foods, like warm rice with cooked vegetables or kitchari. Moong dal is particularly gentle and supportive for digestive issues. Include ghee, which helps pacifying Vata and supports tissue healing. Drink warm fluids, ginger tea could be particularly helpful as it aids in digestion and reduces gas.

Practice regular meal timings, do not skip meals, as this aggravates Vata. Consuming your largest meal at midday, when your digestive fire is strongest, may help. Staying hydrated with warm water is crucial - avoid cold beverages that could aggravate symptoms.

Introduce Triphala at bedtime, about 1 teaspoon steeped in hot water. It gently detoxifies, regulates bowels, and nourishes. If there’s discomfort with triphala, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for alternatives, as herbs should be tailored to your needs.

Mindful of stress’s impact on digestive health, consider incorporating relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body. Pranayama, particularly Nadi Shodhana, can be practiced to balance energies and reduce stress. Yoga asanas like Pavanamuktasana and Vajrasana, practiced daily, benefit digestion by stimulating internal organs.

Considering the significant weight loss and persistent diarrhea, further examination by a healthcare provider may be advisable to rule out any underlying conditions that have not been detected yet and to avoid further complications.

Regular monitoring and professional guidance to adapt these approaches are essential, and long-term lifestyle and dietary changes should be introduced gradually to ensure lasting health benefits.
