Steam Inhalation (Very Important) *Just plain water steam *2–3 minutes only *Once or twice daily when she has blocked nose *Keep her on your lap or close to you for safety This helps clear mucus slowly and naturally. 🌸 2. Warm Mustard Oil Massage (Nasal & Chest Relief) * Warm 1 tsp mustard oil with a pinch of ajwain (carom seeds)

Massage: Chest Back Soles of feet Do this night before sleep Avoid putting oil inside nose

This reduces congestion and night-time blockage a lot.

🍯 3. Honey + Tulsi:

For her age (3 years), it’s safe. *1 tsp honey *Crush 1–2 small tulsi leaves juice into it *Give once daily for 5–7 days (This reduces sneezing, running nose, throat irritation.)

4. Ajwain Potli (Excellent for blocked nose) *Take 1 tbsp ajwain *Dry roast lightly *Put in a cloth and tie *Keep near her pillow OR hold near her nose (lightly) for her to inhale

This decongests naturally.

Daily Must-Do (In Morning) Steam with 2 drops eucalyptus oil OR plain hot water → 5 min under towel

2 Times Daily Sitopaladi Churna ½ tsp + ½ tsp honey → lick slowly (safe & tasty for kids)

Night (Before Sleep) Apply warm Bala Taila OR ghee on chest + soles → gentle massage → wear cotton socks Slightly elevate head with extra pillow

Diet Give: rice-dal khichdi + ghee, pomegranate, warm soups Avoid completely: cold milk, curd, banana, ice-cream, biscuits, fridge water

-IMMATURE IMMUNITY Her immune system is still developing, so even minor triggers (dust, weather change, cold foods) cause congestion

Rx-just give her plane water Steam daily 2-3 times…or along with pudina in it…it will settle soon…but she has any internal issue… kindly consult doctor… Without proper treatment everything will be temporary for her

What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.
