पैर कमजोर हो गए हैं, यह मेरे घुटनों से शुरू हुआ और बाईं तरफ सटिवा और कभी-कभी कमर दर्द होता है। मैंने अपने पिछले काम में 30 से अधिक साल तक बैठकर काम किया। मेरे पेट पर भी थोड़ी चर्बी है।

Regular abhyanga, or self-massage with warm sesame oil, can nourish tissues and support joint health. For your knees and lower back, application of warm Mahanarayan oil might provide some relief.

Lastly, maintain a routine that keeps you active throughout the day, taking short breaks from sitting, even for a few minutes. Try to find enjoyable activities that encourage mobility and engagement with your body.

Of course, sever or sudden changes should be evaluated by a healthcare professional - if symptoms increase, it’s important to seek immediate medical advice to exclude other conditions. But these steps may provide a gentle support aligned with the healing principles of Ayurveda.
