Incorporate ghee in your cooking; it nourishes the dhatus (tissues) and enhances the digestive fire. Consider dishes like khichadi made with basmati rice and mung dal, seasoned with mild spices like turmeric, cumin, and coriander.

Also, refrain from alcohol, as it exacerbates the symptoms and hinders healing. Optionally, consider Panchakarma therapy, particularly Basti (medicated enema) since it’s beneficial for Vata-related imbalances. Remember, it’s crucial to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor treatments specifically for your constitution and lifestyle.
