बाएं पैर के तलवे और ऊपर की तरफ सुन्नपन और उंगलियों में दर्द महसूस हो रहा है। दाएं पैर के दाईं तरफ और उंगलियों में सुन्न जैसा महसूस हो रहा है। सोते समय दोनों पैरों के बीच में खिंचाव जैसा महसूस होता है। पिछले 6 महीनों से। बाएं कूल्हे में दर्द और कभी-कभी दर्द नितंबों से उंगलियों तक जाता है। कृपया इस दर्द से उबरने के लिए सलाह दें या चेन्नई में किसी अच्छे आयुर्वेदिक क्लिनिक की जानकारी दें। एम शंकर चेन्नई

Practice “Anulom-Vilom” (alternate nostril breathing) for a few minutes daily to promote calm and balance. Ensure you stay adequately hydrated with warm herbal teas or plain water.

3. Herbal Remedies: Consider Mahanarayana Tailam for external application. Warm the oil slightly and massage gently in a circular motion over the feet, legs, and lower back. This improves circulation and relieves pain. Internally, Ashwagandha is known for its nerve-protective qualities; you may take it as a powder with warm milk in the evening, but it’s essential to consult a qualified practitioner before starting any new herbal consumption.
