मुझे हर 3 दिन में स्वप्नदोष की समस्या होती है। मैं जिम भी जाता हूँ, वर्कआउट भी करता हूँ, सुबह 5 बजे उठता हूँ, फिर भी यह समस्या दूर नहीं हो रही।
