Sorry but I can’t get u, what is your meaning by CAR , can u tell and your age also
Cretinin Albumin Ratio (CAR). It’s a medical term and I think the modern Ayurvedic doctors with BAMS must be aware of this. If you don’t know please don’t advise
Firstly want to tell- I asked what you meant by CAR because the term is used differently in reports. Clarifying medical terms helps avoid incorrect advice.
To give wrong advice better the clarification. CAR also refers to cholesterol atherogenic ratio , and many other terms.

Plz tell your recent HbA1C? Which medication u are taking for diabetes, that will be helpful to advice you ayureda prescription bcz some herbs also interfare with diabetic medicines.
स्पष्टीकरण के लिए बहुत धन्यवाद। माफ करना, मैंने इतनी जल्दी प्रतिक्रिया दी। मेरा HbA1c 5.48 है। मुझे इस पर भरोसा नहीं हो रहा क्योंकि पहले यह हमेशा 6.5 से ज्यादा होता था। मेरी फास्टिंग शुगर 128 है और पीपी 218। मैं 2008 से डायबिटिक हूं। मुझे एंट्रल लेजन और गैस्ट्राइटिस भी है। मेरी लेटेस्ट रिपोर्ट के अनुसार CAR 111.11 है। मैं रोज एक बार Empanorn-25L और दो बार Voglibase -.3mg ले रहा हूं। मैं एक बार Rabiprajole भी ले रहा हूं।

As u told- CAR 111.11 → mnz kidney stress (diabetic nephropathy stage A2) HbA1c 5.48 looks artificially low because: Fasting: 128 PP: 218 → This mismatch is common with gastritis, anemia, recent diet changes, or medicines
Diabetes >10 years in that case kidneys need protection, not aggressive herbs Achi bat ye h- ✔ You caught this early ✔ Albuminuria can reduce with proper care
Internal medicine -
- Chandraprabha Vati – 250 mg twice daily after meals with Luke warm water - Guduchi (Giloy) Satva / Capsule – 250–500 mg once daily after breakfast - Varunadi Kwath (Decoction) – 15 ml diluted with equal warm water once daily
Diet & Lifestyle: Moderate protein, avoid fried/spicy foods Small frequent meals, avoid late-night eating Drink plenty of warm water, avoid coffee/tea on empty stomach
Monitoring: Repeat Urine ACR (CAR) after 8–12 weeks Continue Rabeprazole for gastritis
Continue with rest medicine as earlier prescribed
