ऐसा लगता है कि जब भी मैं लीक (घी में अच्छी तरह से पका हुआ) खाता हूँ, मुझे एसिडिटी और पेट फूलने की समस्या होती है। क्यों? जानकारी के लिए, मेरी पाचन प्रणाली बहुत कमजोर और धीमी है, मेरी जीभ पर सफेद परत रहती है और मैं लगभग हमेशा पेट फूलने और कब्ज से परेशान रहता हूँ। मुझे अक्सर अलग-अलग खाद्य पदार्थों, जड़ी-बूटियों या मसालों से एसिडिटी होती है, लेकिन मुझे यकीन नहीं है कि असली दोषी कौन हैं, बस इतना जानता हूँ कि लीक मेरे लिए सही नहीं है। लहसुन भी मुश्किल होता है, लेकिन पके हुए प्याज आमतौर पर ठीक रहते हैं। मैं फिलहाल कोई अनाज या दालें नहीं खाता क्योंकि मैं उन्हें भी ठीक से पचा नहीं पाता - सिर्फ सब्जियाँ और मांस खाता हूँ, और कभी-कभी खाने के बीच में दालचीनी के साथ पका हुआ सेब खा लेता हूँ। आपकी मदद के लिए धन्यवाद।

-Leeks are very high in fructans. In someone with slow digestion, bloating, and constipation, fructans ferment easily in the gut → produce gas → increase abdominal pressure → trigger heartburn and bloating. Since garlic also bothers you (and onions are only tolerated when well cooked), this suggests a fructan sensitivity. - so right now just avoid it and after some time start very less like weekly once or twice . -Rx Hingwashtak churna ½ tsp with first bite of lunch & dinner Avipattikar churna ½ tsp at bedtime Triphala churna 1 tsp at bedtime (adjust for soft daily stool) - Advice Avoid leeks, garlic, raw onion. Warm, well-cooked light meals. Ginger tea before meals. Early, light dinner.
