Hi, To tackle pitta kopa and gastric discomfort together ,the best choice medicines would be dadimashtak choorna 3 gm with butter milk twice daily before food And avipathy choorna 5gm mixed with warm water at bed time Along with these sutsekhar ras tablet 1 tab twice daily after food will also be best. And a suggestion kutaj parpati vati is not advisable for long term use. Stop kutaj parpati, if you have diarrhoea,then start kutaj ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water. Start with Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water will improve your digestion. Bilva churan 1/2tsp Twice daily after food with water, will help strengthen your intestine. Have hingvastak churan 1tsp with buttermilk after lunch. Avoid wheat and wheat products, avoid milk.
