●Grape-Based Soft Drink 1 cup grape juice, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/2 teaspoon sandalwood powder. This drink soothes stomach irritation, internal heat, and anger. ●Avipattikar Churna is helpful in treating bile-related irritation, acidity, and mental disturbance. Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water once a day or as needed. ●Peace from the Nose to the Brain Applying Brahmi ghee or plain ghee to the nostrils with your little finger calms anger and impatience. ●Apply Bhringraj oil or coconut oil to the scalp and soles of the feet. This practice, done at night, regularly balances Pitta. ●Herbal Tea Chamomile - 1 part, Basil - 1 part, Rose Petals - 2 parts Add 1/2 teaspoon of the mixture to 1 cup of hot water. Strain and drink after cooling. Take 2 times a day after meals.

Hello, 1. If the symptoms are long standing despite of treatments and dietery changes please check for lactose intolerence. 2. Please avoid heavy lentils like rajma, chana. 3. Soak your dals/lentils over night+ wash them under running water for 4 to 5 times before cooking also male use of jeera and hing. 4. Let there be a gap of 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. 5. Avoid raw vegetables for some time. 6. Chew your food properly; do not drink water 30 minutes before and after meal(but you can sip warm jeera water) Medicines: 1.
