नमस्ते, मैं एक महिला हूँ और पिछले कुछ वर्षों से सर्दियों और मानसून के महीनों में मेरे दाहिने हाथ की उंगलियों के नाखूनों में बार-बार संक्रमण हो रहा है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप मेरा नाखून निकल जाता है और ठीक होने में महीनों लग जाते हैं। यह एक चक्र की तरह है और मेरे नाखून कभी भी समान नहीं होते। कृपया मेरी समस्या का स्थायी समाधान सुझाएं। त्वचा विशेषज्ञ कहते हैं कि हाथ को पानी से दूर रखें और मॉइस्चराइज करें, लेकिन यह संभव नहीं है और न ही यह समाधान है। क्या किसी व्यापक जांच की आवश्यकता है? धन्यवाद।
