उम्र 44, पुरुष, शाकाहारी, बैठने वाली नौकरी, कब्ज और मल त्याग के दौरान दर्द/जलन, कोई खून नहीं, हाल ही में पित्ताशय की थैली हटाई गई है, कंधे में अकड़न। सुबह की सैर 4-5 किमी प्रतिदिन। कोई अन्य समस्या नहीं है। चाय का सेवन अक्सर करते हैं। कृपया कुछ इलाज सुझाएं।

Hello I can understand your situation Dealing with chronic constipation with burning and pain during defecation is difficult Your sitting job and excessive tea also contributes to it AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING we consider this as Vata imbalance in your colon due to which you are getting pain and Constipation MAIN CHANGES IN YOUR LIFESTYLE You have to make certain changes which will play more important role in relieving your symptoms rather then medicines -Do daily walking (45 mins ) Start gradually -Do pelvic floor strengthening exercises -do not suppress your natural urges -Have a regular meal timing -As your job is sitting i will suggest you to take a small walk of 2-3 mins in each 40 mins Along with this DIET PLAN -Include warm cooked foods only -No raw vegetables -More of fruits, vegetables -soaked raisins -Dates and figs ❌Reheated food, junk foods, pomegranate INTERNAL MEDICATION 1. Avoid addiction if any. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab Erandbhrushta haritaki 0-0-1 With lukewarm water at bedtime Sy Gason 15ml twice after meal Follow up after 2 weeks.
