–Treatment Plan:
1. Internal Medicines:
Bhringraj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food with lukewarm water
Amla Rasayana – 1 tsp twice daily after meals
Triphala tab – 1 at bedtime with warm water
2. External Therapy:
Oil massage 3–4 times/week with coconut oil / Bhringraj oil
Leave for 1–2 hours before washing
Mild herbal shampoo
3. Pathya (Diet & Lifestyle):
Take: amla, coconut water, green vegetables, milk
Avoid: spicy, fried, sour foods, alcohol, excess tea/coffee
Proper sleep (before 11 pm), stress control practices (yoga/meditation)

2 tbsp amla powder
1 tbsp bhringraj powder
Rose water or plain water (to make paste)
