Do not start Swarna Sekhara Rasa on your own. It is a herbo-mineral formulation and should be used only under supervision. For chronic night acidity (amlapitta), safer first- Avipattikar churna 3 g at bedtime with lukewarm water Kamdudha ras (mukti yukta) 250 mg twice daily before meals Yashtimadhu churna 2 g twice daily with milk/warm water If burning severe Shatavari churna 3 g at night with milk Diet & routine: Early light dinner (you are doing correct) Avoid spicy, fried, tea/coffee at night Take 1 tsp ghee in warm milk at bedtime
