Vasarishta may help cough, breathing difficulty, and phlegm, but since he has heart disease, lung infection, oxygen support, and multiple allopathic medicines, it should be used carefully.
Simple dose
10–15 ml with equal water after food, twice daily.
Important
Avoid if doctor has restricted alcohol-containing medicines, because Vasarishta is fermented.
Monitor for acidity, loose motions, dizziness, or worsening breathing.
Do not stop oxygen or allopathic medicines.
For severe breathlessness, fever, low oxygen, chest pain, or swelling, immediate hospital care is needed.
