Iske Liye Kya Khana Chahiye? Pitta-Shamak aur Sheetal Aahar (Cooling Foods) ••Kishmish aur Munakka: Raat ko 8-10 munakka ya kishmish paani mein bhigo dein. Subah uthkar iska paani pee lein aur munakka chaba kar kha lein. Yeh sharir ki garmi ko shant karta hai aur rakt ko bal deta hai. ••Amla (Indian Gooseberry): Amla Pitta aur Rakta dono ke liye sabse behtar Ayurvedic rasayan hai. Aap roz subah 10-15 ml amla juice paani mein mila kar piyein ya amla murabba khaein. ••Anar (Pomegranate): Anar ka ras ya anar khana garbhashay ki muscles ko taqat deta hai aur bleeding ko niyantrit karta hai (Stambhana property). 2.
