Education:
Rajiv Gandhi Govt post graduate ayurvedic college and hospital ,paprola, kangra ,himachal pradesh
Academic degree:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
Area of specialization:
I am focused on managment of musculoskeletal disorders like back pain, neck pain, cervicale and lumbar spondylosis, joint pain, sciatica and posture related issues. Most days I work toward long term relief using Ayurvedic principles, lifestyle correction and simple theraputic exercises, not just quick fixes, because temporary relief never really satisfy patients. I am also working closely with people facing anxiety, sleep disturbance, burnout and psycosomatic complaints, trying to connect the mental and physical side together,, sometimes that link gets missed. Sexual health and reproductive wellness is another area I handle, including confidential support for perfomance concerns, hormonal balance and vitality related issues. Nutrition and metablic health stays a big part of my work too, especially obesity, digestion trouble and lifestyle disorders. My style leans toward root cause care and preventive thinking, even if progress feel slow at first.
Achievements:
I am a BAMS graduate with comrehensive clinical training and hands-on patient management, and I has managed cases of musculoskeletal pain, stress and lifestyle diseases over time. I completed 8-week Introduction to Nutriton Science from Stanford Medicine, building exposure in evidence-based nutriton and metbolic health. I keep strong focus on integrating nutrition science with Ayurvedic principle, and stay commited to ethical pratice and continuous medical education!!

I am a BAMS doctor who spends most of my day seeing OPD patients with all kinds of concerns, and honestly the variety keeps me alert all the time. Over the years I have managed patients dealing with musculoskeletal pain like back pain, cervical pain, and joint discomfort, along with stress, anxiety related issues, digestive disturbances, metabolic concerns, and everyday general health problems that people often ignore untill they become bigger. My way of working is usually practical and patient-focused, I try to look deeper into the root cause rather than just calming the symptoms for short time. I combine Ayurvedic principles with modern medical understanding because I feel both sides matter when planning a safe and result oriented treament. Sometimes cases are simple, sometimes they take more observation and patience, and that part can feel a bit challanging but it teaches me alot about judgement. I have a special interest in managing musculoskeletal disorders, mental health and stress managment, sexual health concerns, nutrition planning, and metabolic health support. Lifestyle disorders are something I see very frequently, and I keep noticing how daily habits quietly shape long term health, even when patients dont realise it at first. A big part of my care involves diet correction, lifestyle modification, and guided exercise routines, along with rational use of medicines or herbal support when needed. I also spend time explaining conditions to patients because patient education feels very important to me, if they understand the plan clearly they usually follow it better and results come steadier. My goal stays simple in my mind, to provide ethical, evidence aware, and sustainable healthcare that supports overall quality of life and keeps treatment safe, practical and meaningful for each person I meet.
