Hello ,I can understand your emotional state but for your condition straight answer is No . After 1st trimester it is not safe to abort by just contraceptive pills You have to consult a gynecologist for D/E a surgical procedure to perform medical termination of pregnancy. After the procedure you will face weakness and low hemoglobin level ( deficiency of bollod ie. Anemia) for that condition you have to be hydrated and have some supplements which I’m prescribing you Rx 1.lohasav 20 ml with equal water after meal twice a day

At 4.5 months (18–20 weeks) no safe pills at home don’t take any medicine on your own Go to a gynecologist / hospital Termination is done safely as Second Trimester Abortion

Hi As you are in 2nd trimester…for abortion you must consult your gyanaecologist to know every risk doing so Thankyou

No, you absolutely cannot do it because your 4.5 months have passed, even if you abort on tablet, it will not be complete. For that, you should consult a gynecologist and get an abortion immediately.

Hello, If you are confident and sure about your decision, please consult a good gynaecologist at your place so that the termination can be done without any complications and future implications. Take care, Kind regards.

No it is not recommended to take pills after 14 weeks. You need to go to the gynac and do D&E procedure for abortion.

don’t do this or take any medicine in this stage , you will risk your life in this way .please consult gynaecologist and visit hospital .

At 4.5 months (around 18–20 weeks), abortion cannot be done with tablets at home. It is not safe. At this stage, termination is done only in a hospital under a qualified gynecologist. Do this: Consult a gynecologist as soon as possible They will guide you about legal and safe procedure It is usually done under medical supervision in hospital Do not do this: Do not take any abortion pills on your own Do not try home remedies or herbs This can cause severe bleeding, infection, and risk to life Simple understanding: Early pregnancy (up to ~7–9 weeks) can be managed with medicines, but at 4.5 months it requires a proper medical procedure. Your safety is most important, so please do not delay consultation. For guidance on next steps and support, you can consult me.

No terminating a pregnancy at 4.5 month is a serious medical procedure that cannot be done with pills at home at the stage it requires a surgical procedure performed by the doctor in hospital or registered clinic to ensure your safety

Dear, I’m sorry to say that second trimester abortions are generally not permitted under government norms, as they can be risky and potentially life-threatening for both the mother and the baby. At this stage, you have already reached an important phase of your pregnancy, and proper medical evaluation is essential before making any decision. I strongly recommend that you consult a nearby qualified doctor for a detailed examination and appropriate guidance. You may also consider Ayurvedic Garbha Sanskar, which can support both your health and the healthy development of your baby during this journey. Avoid making any decisions in haste—your safety and well-being are most important. This is my personal suggestion, shared with your best interest in mind.
