80 yrs old lady feeling one-off nd on for few Days in I the morning hrs till lunch there is mild abdominal discomfort with 3-4 motions little in quantity , after Lunch. Hrs. every thing is normal : what is this ?how to get rid of it ?

Diet (Pathya): Warm, light morning foods: rice gruel, moong dal, steamed idli Avoid cold, fried, oily, and spicy foods 3. Lifestyle: Warm water on waking Gentle Abhyanga (sesame oil massage) Short walk after breakfast 4.
