80 yrs old lady feeling one-off nd on for few Days in I the morning hrs till lunch there is mild abdominal discomfort with 3-4 motions little in quantity , after Lunch. Hrs. every thing is normal : what is this ?how to get rid of it ?

-Medicines: Bilwadi Churna – 1 g with warm water, before breakfast Triphala Churna – 1 tsp with warm water at night 2. Diet (Pathya): Warm, light morning foods: rice gruel, moong dal, steamed idli Avoid cold, fried, oily, and spicy foods 3. Lifestyle: Warm water on waking Gentle Abhyanga (sesame oil massage) Short walk after breakfast 4. Anupana: Warm water or ginger tea -Follow-up: 2–3 weeks; review stool frequency and discomfort -Red flags: Blood in stool, severe pain, vomiting, weight loss → consult immediately
