Seeking Advice for Bloating and Gastric Issues - #49539

Hello I am 59 years old men and suffering from Bloating and Gastric problem in the last 5 years, before 2 years I moved to USA and due to Stress and anxiety my this problem become more severe and I also suffering Constipation. I am taking Pantoprazole for my gas problem and taking true lance tablet every 2nd day for Constipation. Doctor suggests me Colonoscopy and Endoscopy, that I can't afford. Please advise me

Avoid addiction if any.
Avoid oily spicy and processed foods.
Regular exercise.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Diagnosis: Gas, bloating, constipation (Vata + Agni imbalance)
Rx:
-Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp morning & night with warm water
-Hingvastak Churna – ½ tsp after meals, twice daily
-Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water
-Ashwagandha Tablet – 500 mg at night
- SYP amalant 2 tsf with equal amount of water after meal
-Diet: Warm food, small meals, avoid
fried/cold food
Optional -
Ajwain + Saunf + Jeera Powder (Homemade)
Dose: ½ teaspoon
Frequency: After meals
How: With warm water
Purpose: Gas relief
Duration: 4 weeks
