Help for My Son's Belching and Reflux - #49574

My 6 year old son has been belching and having reflux from last 60 days now. Also, he farts frequently and the odour is very pungent. Please suggest if we can give him triphala and the dosage thereof.

Hey don’t worry u also give me ur son
1. Arvindasav 5ml with same amount of water(5ml) twice a day after food
2. Vidang churn if he take give me 1/4 tsf with luckwarm water otherwise give him krimikutar ras tablet 1 BD after food
3. Haritaki tablet 1 OD in night after food
Avoid spicy , oily , street food , sour food
Add some green vegetables in your diet …
