Hi, i have bleeding issue after the poop ..here doctor said it is hemorrhoids.. Frequent vist to doctor changed the medicines 1. kankayana vati( stopped) 2. Arshakut rasa (started) 3. kutajaghana vati(started) 4. Abhayarista(contiinue) Another doctor advised Pilief tablet Please advise which is best Arshakut Ras or Pileif
