Take this medicine 1. Kamdudha ras - 125 mg 2. Shank bashma -125 mg 3. Mukta pisti bashma 125 mg 4. Avipatikar churn - 5gm 5. Yastimadhu churn - 5gm This all (1-5)mix well good and take twice a day with normal water after food for help you acidity. 6. Take nitayam vati ( zandu ) 1 HS in night with normal water for your constipation. 7. Higwaastak vati 1BD after food with normal water for bloating and gas… Avoid oily,spicy,sour,and street food Add some fiber in your diet and add some salad both time of food Add some yoga like pawanmuktasan , Malasan and vajraaasan( after food) And 100 step walk after food both time
