I have multiple gallbladder polyps with 6mm largest one. May I go for surgery or medicine treatments is there? Gas formation is main problem currently no pain

-Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Vata-Pitta disorder in Annavaha Srotas → Adhmana (bloating) -Medicine (Shamana): Trikatu Churna –1 g, before meals with warm water Hingvashtak Churna – 2 g, after meals with warm water Triphala Churna – 3 g, at bedtime with warm water Tab pathrina 1 tab BD after meal -Diet & Lifestyle: Masoor dal 2-3x in week Light, warm, cooked meals; avoid cold, fried, beans, carbonated drinks Small frequent meals; chew properly -Gentle yoga (Pavanamuktasana, Vajrasana) -Follow-up: Ultrasound 2 months; surgery only if pain or polyp grows >10 mm

Hello, You can wait for surgery if there is no symptoms/very mild symptoms. You can take the following medicines for 3 months and then go for one more USG abdomen: 1. Pithorin capsules(imis) 1----1—1 2. Bhunimbadi kada(sandu) 15ml----0----15ml by adding equal amount of water after breakfast and after dinner. 3. Vayu Gulika 2----2----2 after each meal with cumin tea Avoid dairy, fatty food and deep fried food. Take care, Kind regards.
