Doctors' responses

Hello I get why you’re worried about your daughter’s fistula – it’s natural to be concerned about it coming back, even if it seems closed. But don’t worry we are here to help you out 😊 YOUR CONCERN So, your daughter had a fistula-in-ano that: – Popped up last year – Drained and then closed – The MRI shows the tract is still there – She’s not in pain or having discharge now But you’re scared it might open up again, right? What Ayurveda Says This thing is called Bhagandara. Even if the outside looks closed, the inside tract (nadi) can still have: – Sticky Kapha gunk – Weak tissue – A sleeping infection If her: – Digestion gets bad – She gets constipated – Her immunity dips It could fire back up. So, yeah, what the doctors said is on point: Closed but tract still there = risk What We Need to Do? We need to: – Heal the tract from the inside – Dry up any junk left from the infection – Make the local tissue stronger – Keep it from coming back Not just close the skin, you know? Does Jatyadi Tailam Help? Totally! Jatyadi Tailam rocks for: – Healing up tissue – Stopping reinfection – Making the tract lining stronger But oil alone ain’t gonna cut it if the tract is still there. We gotta add meds to heal it from the inside. INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Kaishore Guggulu1 tablet twice a day after food Clears out the deep infection 2. Triphala Guggulu 1 tablet twice a day
Shrinks that fistula tract
3. Gandhak Rasayan 1 tablet daily
Keeps it from coming back
(Keep this up for 6–8 weeks) EXTERNAL CARE Every night: – Dip a clean cotton swab in Jatyadi Tailam – Put it gently on the opening This: – Keeps the tract clean – Helps it close up inside DIET – SUPER IMPORTANT No constipation allowed! Daily: –Ghee in her food – Warm water – Fruits – Soft-cooked veggies Avoid: – Bakery stuff –Cheese – Foods that cause constipation – Junk food Hard stools = pressure on the tract = it reopens Will it Come Back? If you treat it right now: There’s an 80–90% chance it’s gone for good If you don’t do anything: There’s like a 50% chance it’ll be back So, this prevention thing is a big deal. You’re lucky it healed without cutting it open. Now, we just need to lock it down and seal that tract. With some Ayurveda, your daughter can stay fistula-free forever, hopefully. Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Jatyadi thailam definetely works, and has great healing power, but only external application of jatyadi does not help much

Jatyadi Thailam Good for healing the skin and preventing infection, but it cannot treat the internal fistula tract. It won’t stop it from reopening if the tract is still there. Main risk: The tract that remains can cause recurrence. Best treatment Kshara Sutra therapy—it cleans and heals the internal tract and prevents the fistula from coming back. Supportive care: Keep the area clean, avoid constipation, eat soft high-fiber foods. Summary: Thailam helps the skin, but for long-term cure, Kshara Sutra is needed. The MRI shows that the fistula has healed both internally and externally. A small tract remains, so there is a risk it could reopen, but since there are no symptoms, the risk is low. You can apply Jatyadi Thailam now. The most important things are good bowel habits, hygiene, and monitoring for any pain, swelling, or discharge. If any symptoms appear, we should review immediately.
